Good afternoon,

I didn't think anyone would find Mumbai till it was open for the public in couple of days, so I would like to congratulate you for finding it. I'm Senator Heaton of the Tau Collective, a zoner group who seeks to unite the Tau's in peace. Mumbai Station is our capital and will become an open docked location once we get public locations on-board up and running. If you have anymore questions I can answer them for you.

Hola Comandante,

I must first apologize to you and your men. My name is Captain Antares, and I find myself at the epicenter of a rather strange situation. I am hoping to salvage relations between these new Zoners to the region and Outcast forces.

I am by nativity a Zoner of Freeport 10. I have been flying the region for some time. Days ago, I stumbled across a new colony of independent Zoners building a base in the Ore field of Tau-37. It was evident to me that they were unaware of the regional politics, but I agreed to assist them in basic construction of the facility. Their aims are admirable, and very simple. They seek not conflict with the regional powers and are wanting to establish a new space based colony for themselves, and offer sanctuary for refugees fleeing the Gallic fronts.

Please forgive their ignorance up to now, as they have never dealt with the Lance or any other Outcast military units before. I have. So I have entered into an agreement with its founders and have taken over as one of the chief administrators of the base.

I'd like to extend an olive branch, in hopes that your resolve on this matter has not yet become finite. We agree to any conditions set by your government and military units. The base will as of now be opened up to all ships with tags of those units immediately. I would be happy to meet you there to show you the facility personally. Also I'm prepared to offer any kind of monetary compensation to your party to help account for any disrespect your forces may have endured from my younger, 'hotter headed' bretheren. They simply needed a guiding hand with a bit more experience in these matters. Whatever you feel is appropriate.

We are certainly willing to pay our respect to your forces, and wish to reassure you that this base has no military purposes, which will of course be accessible to all Outcasts.

These Zoners are hoping to avoid losing this new home for their wayward colonists who are hoping to add to the business in and around the Taus in a peaceful and cooperative way. In particular, any commodities your men would want to have stored or make purchasable there would be added without question.
