Greetings

I happen to be the administrator of Empire Station and I would like to enquire as to whether it would be possible for a supply contract for various basic supplies to be agreed on for delivery to said station.

I am David Starr, Advisor to the Board of DIrectors at OSI. Well, to go straight to your inquiry: yes, it is indeed possible to arrange a supply contract to your base. But that depends...

You see, I will need much more information about your base, so our accountants can calculate the operational costs, and even so I can confirm if OSI can or will supply your base.

Up until now I only have you base's name. So, basicaly what I need is: the base location, of course; list of commodities for delivery; quantity of said commodities. And I also need to know a little more about you and your organization, Captain. Are you independent, or are you affiliated to a bigger group?

All these are crucial information so we can get to an agreement that is mutually beneficial.

The supplies would be in the region of 14,000 units each of Food Oxygen and Water per week and approximately 63,000 units of reinforced alloy also on a weekly basis.

I'm afraid I can do nothing for you unless you disclose all the information I asked you. Now I have the cargo you request, but I still need to know:

- Who are you, and to what group/company/organization the base is affiliated to?
- In what system and coordinates is located the base? How can I tell you if I can deliver the goods or not and at what cost if you wont give me this information?

Without that information I cannot be of any more assistance to you.

Mr Starr,

My apologies the data seems to have been omitted by error - I recently got a new comms officer and he is really new to his job. The data missed is as follows. I am an IMG Captain and the base is also IMG. It was originally constructed by a small IMG affiliation to research an ancient minefield in the Newcastle system and due to some unforeseen circumstances the minefield is not longer in the area. During the studies of the mine field docking module production was commenced to assist in the research. Its location in the Newcastle system is 18k from Lancaster Trade Centre (//C6)

The packet of delivering 63'000 units of Reinforced Alloy, and 14'000 units of each Food Rationx, Oxygen and Water to your station in the Newcastle system, will cost you 83'750'000 Sirius Credits per week.

There are, of course, the usual discounts in case of reciprocal business, for example, if you have something for us to export or acces to commodities unavaiable to Omicron Supply Industries.

You will recieve a weekly report on the exact number of commodities delivered, upon receipt you will pay the beforementioned sum within 48hours to OSI-Armory.02 and return a proof of transation to our billing department.

Back to business,you have roughly mentioned some raw details regarding the supplies you need for your base.Dont worry,thats no big deal.But I reckon that you provide us some exact mathematics as to what you need,whether you need it on a daily basis or a weekly basis and since there is another corporation involved,we dont want to make a mess on calculating the quantity of required stuff.
Also,our corporation likes to put forward the expense related stuff regarding this supply contract.*Takes out a small note from his pocket*

We demand a minimum of 20% profit on the goods we deliver,I dont want my boys working for nothing.
