Greetin's Admiral.
While things have been rather tense recently we are abiding by house authority.
Even at the expense of those suffering we have changed our routes to avoid Liberty.
That being said we have been attacked repeatedly in Liberty space.
All manner of pierats are hitting us.. and its caused heavy losses.
Most notably are the barge super transports that are difficult to escort and easy to destroy.
They have a very limited cruise speed and any other ship with a thruster can catch it.
So while we have had to divert our transports around Liberty we recalled our barges.
These ships are critical in our day to day operations and for those living and working at our stations.
Just a few days ago I'm sad to say we lost one due to a result of attacks on us in Colorado.
While we managed to limp the ship home to Puerto Rico it was too far damaged and had to be scrapped.
During its return to PR we were stopped by one of your officers.

The incident happened so long ago we simply hadn't informed that barge captain of the previous directive.
Very sorry for the intrusion but as luck would have it that ship is no longer a concern.

We would like it if your ships would help escort them but we know your very busy.
We will arrange for our own protection since Naval support has been well... rare.
Still I must give my thanks to some of your secondaries LNS ships.
The 5th|LNS to be specific they have treated us with respect and helped escort us home.
This was following another pierat attack not far from Beaumont in the Texas system.

So I was hoping we may offer you a donation to help your house with additional security.
Should the funds be allocated to help defend our barges that would be great.
We would leave that up to you of course.


To avoid any future problems with these trade vessels we are asking for our barges be placed on your list of legal ships in Liberty.

They are willing to comply with your directives and will submit for any cargo scans.
If they don't?
We will deal with that member and make him answer for the charges against him.
