To whom it may concern,

Dear Sir or Madam,

In light of the current contract between Gateway Shipping and DSE/IC a temporary Quality Assurance center was set up on Toronto station with the sole purpose of controlling the properties of the incoming materials as delivered by your company.

Our analysis of the first third of the contracted goods shows that there are certain unexpected microstructures present in every tested sample. The polymer strands show abnormal orientations and agglomerations that lower their overall properties below the specifications for our project. Our accounting assured me that this discovery will not impact your contract with DSE) in any way, and, while this occurrence will impose further expenses on the development of the project on our side, you have nothing to worry about.

However, we’d like to run a series of tests on a shipment of the goods from the start to the end point in real time, to determine at what point the microstructures appear. This will allow us to prevent the decrease of the quality in the rest of the contracted goods. To this end we’d like to request the negotiation of a suitable time in which an escort from our R&D department could accompany one of your transport convoys and perform the measurements.

Please feel free to confirm the facts in this message on your own. We are eager to hear from you on this matter, as every low-quality shipment increases our further costs.

Sincerely,
John Oriole, lab assistant

Greetings Mr. Oriole,
I was perplexed when I got this transmission forwarded to me via Gateway’s Neutral network, well sorry that I didn’t Introduced myself. My name is Vimal Kumar, CEO of Gateway Shipping Inc., perhaps the Shipping Incorporation which is now accused of some so called defect in the “polymers” delivered for the Cold Lake Project from Planet Los Angeles . Well I Ordered our employees to STOP the delivery. It will be shortly resumed after your examination, and yes we are sending our ship Gloriana to Toronto for the so called “Inspection” and make the DSE to recant the bad image made by you. Also we like to mention Gateway Shipping Inc., will not be accusable for the loss caused by the defect in the production itself or natural chemical formation/radiations which are contingent in nature.

And at least after that inspection let the Deep Space Engineering regret their decision for suspecting us for cause of the defect. Also a Lab assistant is communicating this message to us shows what is the respect DSE having on us. Fair enough, we like to keep our relationship healthy and harmonious.

Awaiting for
a positive reply

Mr Kumar,
  • It has appeared that any anomaly that was noted came specifically from the source and as such we are confident in our conclusion that your esteemed company was in no way responsible for the inconsistencies in the polymers.

It is with our sincerest apologies, that we request you continue your completion of the contract you have with Interspace Commerce on our behalf.

Thank you for your patience and tolerance in this interruption.

John Doe
President
Deep Space Engineering
