Mr Knowles,
The Liberty Security Force reminds you that Maintenance checks are to be upheld accordingly. Anyone within the Liberty Security Force operating a vessel that we have provided, so that you may conduct your business successfully and comfortably, are to report to Grise Fjord Shipyard at least three times a year.
After doing an extensive search into your vessel's database, we have found that you were in fact over due a routine maintenance check. Since you feel so inclined to ignore something of such vital importance, it leads me to think, as to whether or not I should leave you to the consequences of your own devices. If you find yourself in a combatant situation and your ship is malfunctioning beyond comprehension, then perhaps you will be more lenient towards doing what I ask.
Nevertheless, you will be happy to know that your ship is now fully functional and has been updated with a new Audio Device along with an updated Gun Cam, we found that in your recent reports, some of the audio files you presented were in fact distorted and hard to make out, along with your Gun Cam malfunctioning on a regular basis.
Please ensure that you report to Grise Fjord Station at least three times a year for routine maintenance checks.

Ah, Captain Renee Callen, it is good to finally hear from you, I do appreciate the fact that this particular vessel was provided to me and I will now hereby attend regular maintenance checks on thus vessel. It is good to see that my vessel has now been thoroughly checked over and has been updated with the additional software needed, I will ensure that such software will remain intact and fully operational.
I have been working off assignment in a temporary ship recently, However, I will return to Ellesmere at my earliest convenience or have an associate of mine transport the vessel to a secure location so that I may access it once I am done here. Surely your correspondence is required in such a matter, I do believe High Command, Colonel Jonathan Beam, is aware of my current circumstance and I'm sure you can appreciate that as an Agent operating under the Liberty Security Force, we have a tendency of running into problematic situations. Such a case is happening before me and requires my full attention.
I will notify you either way, once my ship is back within my hands.
