Merely years ago, Bretonia was a land of peace and prosperity. Riches such as gold, beryllium and tea filled our coffers, whilst a mighty army gaurded our borders. But those times are long gone.
Bretonia rightfully laid claim to the Tau's, but the blasted Kusari government argued against this right. Thus, a political conflict arose. This led to full-scale war, in which the mighty armies of Bretonia crushed the Kusari fleet at Leeds, pushing the intruders back to where they belong.
This war, however, had further implications, when a new house made itself known to the world. Gallia.
Gallia immediately went forth and crushed the Kusari defence. Kusari, like the cowards they are, grovelled in the face of the Gallic supremacy, and signed a trade treaty with Gallia. And now...
Gallia pushes into Bretonia. Leeds has fallen. The fleet at Dundee struggles to fend off the might of the Gallic war machine. Enemies are at the doorstep to the royal palace.

So take up arms brave Bretonians!
