Not so long time ago, one of your freighters entered The Order territory, meaning northern Omicron Zeta and was caught by our operatives. Due to misinterpreted order, this ship has been destroyed next to Omicron Minor jumphole. Allthrough use of lethal means was not meant until it was deemed neccesary to enforce the space regulations, we feel as your ship did not intended to follow them anyway. Relevant regulations are attached below.

This access permission authorizes certain personnel to operate in protectorate of The Order. Any system designated is under The Order full or partial control yet is not highly restricted space. Issued ussualy on temporary basis or as supplement to other clearance levels.
