To whom it may concern,
  • This letter is to lodge a complaint against the Rheinland company [ALG] for trespassing, breach of contract and theft. I would also like to point out increased
combat vessels owned by their company amassing in Texas to attack and sabotage Deep Space Engineering activities.

As you can see from this transmission I have shared with you, you can see an overwhelming number of security vessels with in the system of Texas.

I firmly believe this is a security risk to not only our economy but to our continued prosperity within Liberty.

We have already shut our doors to them, and have begun an operation to strengthen our security in the area.

    Yours sincerely,

John Doe

Thank you for contacting us.
This is indeed concerning, corporate warfare can be a very damaging event in many aspects. Rest assured that our units will intervene in case any actual engagement occurs, prioritising the safety of all Liberty pilots in the area.
Should the ALG be caught using warships, they will be dealt with accordingly.
This is what we can do for the time being, until there is an official statement from the government.

Kind regards,

John Doe,

While we can understand your frustration over ALG's presence in what you perceive to be your scrap claim, we find it prudent to remind you that the fields, officially, belong to no one, save maybe the Republic of Liberty herself. ALG has just as much right as DSE--or anyone else--has to any fields in Liberty.

As jurisdiction and overall ownership of that field rightfully belongs to the Republic of Liberty, the Laws of Liberty still apply. Any party found not to be in accordance with section one, subsection three, paragraph two of the aforementioned laws will be issued a fine, and depending on the severity, an arrest warrant. Furthermore, corporate control over the field is dependent upon which party in this, if any, does not violate that law.

In simpler terms, if anyone engages in hostilities, then there will be consequences for both sides. Since both institutions should rightfully know better, we feel the need to add that any fines will be significantly steeper than they otherwise would be.

The fact that ALG has stationed security forces in the field does not mean anything more than they feel the need to defend their assets, despite the implications of their actions. As stated above, however, if they follow through with their threat, then we will step in, but not before then.

Your corporation is a role model of Liberty's integrity at the moment. If you cave to the threats ALG is making, then it makes all of us look bad. We trust you, your company, and your employees to keep this in mind and behave properly.

Vice Admiral Hayes, out.

RE: To: [LN]; LPI- - Deep Space Engineering - 02-19-2014

Vice Admiral Hayes,
  • If I am to understand you correctly, you insist we sit side by side
with a corporation whose originality and nationality is of a dreaded
bitter enemy of our proud Nation yet tell us to not back down to
    their threats?

I am sure there is some reasoning as to why the Liberty Navy
endears such trust for a hostile foreign corporate entity in taking
Libertonian technology from a incident site whose property
contained in the system at that time consisted of Naval vessels, Top
Secret Ageira prototype equipment and further more a Deep Space
Engineering base. It is both disrespectful and a mark against the very
goals our staff were trying to achieve for the Republic of Liberty to have
contractors of our enemy taking our property across your embargo line
where Deep Space Engineering, nor any other Libertonian corporation
for that matter, were ever permitted too. It is a proverbial slap in the face
against everything we do for our home, our servicemen and our Govern-
ment. I do hope the Liberty Navy has our best interests at heart, because
quite frankly I don't see eye to eye with what you've just told me.

Deep Space Engineering administration will not engage in open conflict
with ALG, as we're not going to allow ourselves to be criminalized on
your behalf. I expected a little more support from our Naval forces than
your prepared to give us, and for that I am sorely disappointed.
