This is most concerning since these capitanos will not listen to any orders or directives by anyone. I will cut to the matter for wich I am contacting you though. I was told to move my ship down to Liberty and monitor the situation, make sure they are kept in line as much as possible.
As the Rogues have been a long time friend of our nation, I would like to ask you to provide me a safe haven in Liberty. I don't have much knowledge of your bases or their locations, so I leave it to you to chose an appropriate location for me to relocate to...

Secondly I would like to let you know that no special preparations will be necessary as I will be arriving in my personal Rapier Very Heavy Fighter, seeing as all our capital vessels are needed back home, due to those Gauls being so close to our home.

Senor Moka it is good to hear from you again. Yes, we are aware of this bunch of idiotas making trouble over there in your territory. I guess this just proves that an IQ test should be carried on those who want to fly our capital ships and the results have to be bigger than their shoes number *sighs*. As you are aware, the Lance does not have control over all of the Outcast captains, otherwise this would never have happened. This is why I am informing you that the Contari Lance fully supports whatever you decide to do with these ones. I would like to bring the Roma down there and handle them personally, but sadly, killing our own capitanos would bring some bad reputation and maybe even severe consequences to us, so our hands are tied. I will monitor this situation and provide any help I can apart from taking direct part in removing them from existence.
