Forgotten Hope 2 - Karst - 02-18-2014
Hey everyone. With certain people not shutting up about Planetside, I got into the mood to play an FPS again myself and launched Forgotten Hope 2.
For those of you that don't know it, which will likely be 98% of the community, it's a mod for Battlefield 2 set in WWII, that focuses on historical accuracy and realism.
That makes it very slow-paced most of the time, which obviously isn't for everyone.
It's also an absolutely ancient mod, started out as a Battlefield 1942 mod and has been updated continuously, but very, very slowly ever since - my very first account on any online forum, which turned 9 this January, was made due to this mod.

I think I'd really enjoy playing some more, it's a nice change from Freelancer all the time. Would be especially fun with some people on TS, I've become so used to playing that way.
So, anybody here play or played FH?

I played FH 1 on BF1942 for a couple of years back.... but I never got the chance to fight other human players (Pirated copy)... only computers... and the tracking system on those bots is INSANE.
I absolutely love how realistic the mod is...

Great mod,but I haven't played it for ages. A must play for anyone who likes WW2 or realistic shooters.

I has it. Pirated copy thing. No online MP. Just LAN and SP. Still fun bombing them nazi's into the abyss though

still got bf2 installed, ill have to redownload he fh2 for it, itll take time i know as if i remember its 3 large files
