iff not flashing - NoMe - 02-19-2014
hello
i have a miner but without IFF flashing, he refuse to mine correctly! i'm full green with the faction and i have the correct id. i've already tryed several things but without result
an idea?

The ID should give you +1 on your reputation giving you your IFF. What I'd are you using? Where are you planning on mining? What ship are you using?

hello
an img miner full green img, img id but he dont want flash. to try i've sell my id and sell another in weapon dealer but nothing to do. i have tryed to do some img missions but same thing, i don't understand at all

Are you trying to say you're using the IMG ID or the Miner ID? If you're using the Miner ID, you won't get any IFF. If you're using the IMG ID, you should get the IMG IFF

totally ok with you, i'm img, i have a real miner ship and i'm full green with img and i want the img iff. but it don't work. strange no?
or there is a particularity on the miner ship, i explain , with this one, i've already changed my id 3 times and it's maybe not possible. or it's a bug

Is IMG at the top? (Or bottom?)
If you have 100% rep with more then 1 faction and IMG is, let's say no. 3, then only top one will flash.
You need to use the /droprep command, which will remove some rep from the top spot and drop it down a bit.
Still friendly though.
Repeat until IMG is no 1.
Anyone correct me if I'm wrong.

no you are right! and on my ship it's the case, IMG is the first ( like in the reality
)i can't understand why!
if i see an admin in game, i'll ask him to see why

Sometimes the IFF glitches, and you'll have the IFF of a faction you've never met on your character. (For example, I had a Gallic Brigand IFF on my Order character and Brigans were not on my rep sheet)
Just keep doing /droprep until IMG rep flashes.
