To: RM HC | CC: RFP HC - ALG Classic - 02-27-2014 To whom it may concern; Greetings from ALG Waste Disposal. I'm the president, Lena Atzenbruck. A while back, I permitted an employee to contact you about a possible purchase of 90-ARKM-N45 "Wraith" class fighter craft. I'm honestly not entirely sure what became of the inquiry, and it seems the files were lost in our record. Said employee is also no longer with the company. Anyway, that's why I'm writing to you today. ALG has found itself pressed to expand our fighter wings, due to the hostility of several environments we operate in. Moving assets around has left a bit of a gap particularly in the Rheinland-Omega area, so I'd like to once again formally ask about the possibility of purchasing Wraith-class fighters. This would be a limited number, likely three or four, to be used to defend ALG and other civilian vessels in need. Needless to say, we'll abide by any terms of use you'd attach to them, should the purchase go through. Additionally, our hauling fleet would be happy to bring required resources ourselves so as not to strain the production line more than necessary. The details can be discussed if you'd be willing in principle to make such a deal. Thank you for your time, Lena Atzenbruck
RE: To: RM HC | CC: RFP HC - Havok - 02-28-2014 Encryption: Medium Priority: Medium Target ID: Lena Atzenbruck Subject: Your Request Guten Abend Frau Atzenbruck, My name is Daniela Winter, Admiral of the Rheinland Military. I've recently taken the reigns of the Rheinwehr, and such a request hasn't crossed my desk. Nonetheless, I've heard of the troubles and increased activity in the Omega Sectors, and beside the fact I've dispatched multiple wings to the area, the Oberkommando has considered and discussed your Request. What i would need from you is the exact number of vessels you require so we can calculate what exactly is needed to produce them. This shouldn't be to hard for you to do, I am expecting your reply. Daniela Winter Admiral of the Rheinland Military RE: To: RM HC | CC: RFP HC - ALG Classic - 03-01-2014 Thank you for your response, Admiral Winter. A security review has concluded that four Wraith-classes would cover our current needs sufficiently. Two will be designated Alpha-4 and Beta-4, and will be stationed for local defense in Tau-23 and Omega-3 respectively. Another will be an escort craft flown by myself with no fixed port of call, while the final model will be held in reserve at Dortmund station, to respond when necessary. If this order is agreeable to you, we'll send haulers as soon as you can give us the precise list. Thank you for your time, Lena Atzenbruck
RE: To: RM HC | CC: RFP HC - Havok - 03-01-2014 Encryption: Medium Priority: Medium Target ID: Lena Atzenbruck Subject: Your Request Frau Atzenbruck, Your explanation for use of the Vessels is appreciated and has been noted. We require these items to ensure the safe construction of your requested vessels: Code: 400 Units of Hull Segments These items need to be delivered to Oder Shipyard. Any further resources are already on-site in Storage Room C-1. Remember to request authorization to enter C-Deck as it holds dangerous materials such as munitions. Daniela Winter Admiral of the Rheinland Military RE: To: RM HC | CC: RFP HC - ALG Classic - 03-05-2014 The requested materials have been delivered to the designated storage room without issue. You'll find the manifest attached to this message. I'm happy you find our terms of usage acceptable. I'll have Dortmund station prepped for the arrival of those ships as soon as I hear the word. <attachment01> Thank you for your time, Lena Atzenbruck
RE: To: RM HC | CC: RFP HC - ALG Classic - 01-19-2015 Greetings, I'm Kai Richter, ALG security director. Recent circumstances have made evident the need of greater firepower for our security wings. I'm sure you've received reports of the situation - Frankfurt is being blockaded almost daily, and New Berlin under attack almost as often. Groups of Hessians, Unioners and various pirates, with well equipped capital vessels have become a common sight in Rheinland space. Therefor we are requesting permission to use an additional two 90-ARKM-N45 "Wraith" class fighters. Naturally, we will be happy to provide material support needed to construct these ships. If permitted, they will be assigned to Gamma and Epsilon wings, stationed in Stuttgart and Frankfurt respectively, and thus used directly to secure Rheinland space. Furthermore, we wish to inquire about the possibility of acquiring military grade bombers, of 140-ARKM-N58 "Bergelmir" and 13-ARKM-N37 "Fafnir" classes. A limited number would be a great asset to stem the swelling tide of hostile capital vessels disrupting civilian traffic. Again, we will be happy to procure any materials and of course finances needed to acquire these vessels without additionally straining the military shipbuilding industry. Thank you for your time. RE: To: RM HC | CC: RFP HC - Havok - 02-10-2015 Encryption: Medium Priority: Medium Target ID: Kai Richter Subject: RE: Request Guten Abend Herr Richter, it is a pleasure to speak to you. I have indeed received reports of all sorts on the current situations through out our Nation. My forces are far strung and doing the best they can to stem against the tide of hostiles that are seemingly flooding out territory. Nonetheless, I've not received any negative reports of your use of the last vessels we have permitted you to acquire, and as such, I am not declined to permit two more Wraiths to be built for your use, given the previous rules and regulations all still in place. For these two vessels, the following commodities are to be delivered. Code: 200 Units of Hull segments As for your secondary request, as before I would need your direct quantities sought after, a description of their use, and the place you plan to use them. Provide this to me and we can negotiate further. Daniela Winter Admiral of the Rheinland Military RE: To: RM HC | CC: RFP HC - ALG Classic - 02-10-2015 Greetings, Admiral Winter. Thank you for your positive reply. The scrapping freighter Amstetten was dispatched to collect the necessary materials and arrived in New Berlin orbit earlier. <link> We are confident the two requested vessels, with the planned designations [ALG]-Gamma.4 and [ALG]-Epsilon.4, will be valuable assets in securing Rheinland space. As for the second request, our top target would be to equip all our combat wings with one bomber of each type, except rarely-scrambled Zeta wing. This would mean five ships of each type. Of course we realize this is a rather tall order. Again, we could procure any resources necessary for their construction, or indeed other purposes you may need to cover. However, if you cannot grant us usage of the full amount, we wish to give the following priority to our combat wing assignments. If these are deemed unacceptable, they could be renegotiated. 1.) Epsilon Wing - Planet Holstein, Frankfurt 2.) Gamma Wing - Planet Stuttgart, Stuttgart 3.) Alpha Wing - Java Station, Tau-23 4.) Beta Wing - Aland Shipyard, Omega-3 5.) Delta Wing - Beaumont Base, Texas Epsilon Wing is tasked with security in northern Rheinland, countering mainly Hessian, Unioner and other pirate threats, and of course protecting our newest installation, Bodensee Depot. Gamma Wing is tasked with security in southern Rheinland, combating mostly Corsairs and Hessians. Alpha Wing responds mainly to Outcast threats, to keep Rheinland's niobium supply undisturbed. Beta Wing secures the Omegas, mainly 7 and 3, the most common threats being Corsairs. Delta Wing is a highly sensitive outfit due to its location. They protect our Texas scrapping operations. Thank you for your time. |
