Faction Background:
It was a dark night in planet Los Angeles. Francesca sat in the corner of the alley, crying. All of a sudden a man stepped out of the rain and shadows up to her and gave a her a cigar.
"Ye....yes sir?" she took the cigar shaking.
The man stood quietly and looked up on her, and as she was smoking he asked her "Why are you crying, young lady?
The girl said quietly "That beast... Rod he... he..." she burst in tears on his shoulders. "Matter not, we will find the Curry Eater and make him pay. Dearly."
"Who... are you?" the girl looked up to him from the ground, shaking miserably.
"Fartsisco. Fartsisco Ruymel."
The girl knew the name. And she smiled as more people came out of the shadows.
Faction ID/IFF: Terrorist ID and Fugitive IFF. Because Ruymel destroys factions.
Faction Allies: Reavers
Neutrals: Phantoms, Nomads, Aoi Iseijin
Faction Enemies: Everyone Else
Goals: Destroy other factions and hunt down the Curry Eater.
