Hello, and good morning.
My name is Felicia Ariss, and if I understand correctly, you are an organization that may be able to assist me in an endeavor that has caused me quite a headache for a long time.
In the best interests of making our business as smooth as possible, I would like to be transparent with you. My vessel is in need of some repairs...somewhat more unconventional than one may be used to. Something that a typical dock yard cannot fix easily.
This vessel is a Hathor-class gunboat, which, if you are not familiar, is a piece of Order technology. Such vessels are not easily maintained outside of the Order's dedicated facilities, and the Order itself has placed some inconveniences in my path when it comes to steady operation. In these regards, I turn to you.
In the past I once contacted the Junkers Congress about this issue, and they seemed amicable enough. Unfortunately, our dealings never proceeded quite as planned, and so the maintenance that I so desperately need has been postponed for a great deal of time...and far longer than I personally can bear it. It has become a matter of great urgency now.
I trust that the Junker Marauders have a great deal of experience with forcing unfamiliar technology to work in manners that they see fit, so in that sense, I feel as though you would be the next best option. What the Congress has in resources, you make up for in sheer ingenuity, from what I have heard.
If this is at all feasible, then please contact me. Time is of the essence.

A Hathor? That's quite a daring request you've given us, though I am already drooling at the potential of cracking it open and gazing at the marvels inside. I suggest you bring the vessel to Invergordon Spaceport in Inverness as soon as possible. We have the necessary facilities there to at least house your vessel for now. Whether we are able to make significant progress on your ship is up to what we find once we crack it open. Our technological genius, Guillaume DeMarne will have a look at it. In the meantime, we will try to make preparations for the coming of your vessel to Invergordon.

Bonjour. Allow me to present myself. I am Guillaume DeMarne, current, dare I say, technological expert for the Junker Marauders. Now, you said you need help for a Hathor, am I right? Interesting. I've never seen one of them, and certainly have never opened up one of these exquisitely well-made machines to marvel at its inner workings and try to decipher the secrets they hold. But I distress. If the damage is not extensive enough as to require total replacement of the ship, I hopefully should be able to fix it. We'll be waiting for you in bay 8, section 6.
