Why does these IDs received these Rephacks:
Colonial Military
Mollys
Especially why are Nomads, Wild and BHG Core still rephacked hostile?
Except of balancing the ID i don't see a special RP reason for this.

Many factions not close to the AI home have rephacks against the AI faction due to incidents of hostility with roaming independent AI ships, particularly in cases where AI ships abused their general neutrality to dock almost anywhere.

Negative human rephacks make a greater degree of sense than Negative K'haran rephacks atm, due to the greater degree of InRp xenophobia the Consensus has received from specific human parties.
