To: Michael Trenton - JunkerTown - 03-11-2014 Well well.. I honestly never thought I'd be calling you. That is not to say I hadn't planned on speaking to you again. Even if it would be our last conversation.. I knew we would meet again. All this time spent keeping track of you and your activities. Watching and waiting for the right moment to give you the pay back you deserved. You know what happened.. and so do I. Yet I am still here. Times do change and what started as a vendetta has turned into something more. Which brings me to why I am calling. Seeing this transmission I knew that you were next in line. Guess I should congratulate you on your taking over USI. It sure as hell was your lifeline but it could be a second chance too. Ever since father passed away I found myself rethinking what is important. Family matters and I do cherish my own and the time I get to spend with them. In the interests of my children and yours I would like to meet with you. I thought we might meet over at the Silver City casino on Saltese in Humboldt. With the new discovery of silver ore there we plan to open the base up very soon. Perhaps you could take a tour of the base and hear my business proposition. Later you and I should catch up. I offer you this invite under a banner of peace. No harm will come to you or your ships. Feel free to bring as much security you feel is necessary. So whataya say? RE: To: Michael Trenton - Michael Trenton - 03-11-2014 >Incoming Transmission >Comm ID: Michael Trenton, President, USI >Encryption: HIGH >Subject: RE: James Trenton... >Location: Emlenton Storage & Exports, Pennsylvania James... A name that I tried to forget... A name that haunts me each day that I live... I... I need you to know that I had no idea you were in that ship. That I didn't mean to hurt anyone back then. I... I guess I was just trying to find my own way. You may not be aware, but Dad wasn't also nice. He... Y'know I just couldn't stand it anymore. I had to get out of there. I wish you could understand that. But, as far as that one day? I don't know what to say... I was certainly tricked, but that's something I have learned from. I've grown a lot since then, in so many ways. But, I must say that I'm shocked things resulted in the way the are today. I succeeded my... our father, and you've become what? The leader of the Junkers? What am I suppose to think of that? First, you're dead. Now, you're more than alive and leading an alleged crime syndicate? *Sighs* Your talk about "second chances" is some... something that I am interested in. However, I hope you don't mind if I act a lil' cautious. This is all just too sudden for me... I'm not someone who makes promises, but I'll...I'll try and see what I can do about heading over to your casino. Michael Trenton >End of Transmission |
