Any Ideas?
The Ageira Technologies Green bar is less the others.
It is flashing
Why is it at the bottom of the list.
Is it a Bug perhaps :

At one time you were most in favour with Ageira Technologies & other players will still see this as a prefix on your name. Should you kill a load of Ageira ships so that you are neutral with them, log out & log back in again & another faction will start blinking - perhaps the Red Hessians

Taffic, I think just docking and undocking is enough to change a tag when your rep is right.
