Seems also IMG| ships are in this. His fighting ship was banned right while in fight
So I request evidence, as scamming sounds like a pretty bad thing that could also have consequences from a faction leader's POV.

I am sorry for causing this mess.
I understand it was wrong to pretend to be a new player and get money that way. I did not expect to get the money, and did not realize that I got it. It was means as a joke, but I admit: It was a stupid one.
I will be sending twice the money back to the player who gave it. As soon as i get out of Jail.
I understand that it was wrong, I regret that it happened and it will not happen again. Sorry.

If that money is sent back to the sender twice or three times, I would not call any further consequences. It's a lolwutty move, and I believe him that he was not really expecting to get any money and that it was meant as a joke. It was a bad one and he deserves a slap.
I think sending 3 times the amount back to the person he harmed for a greed infraction is rather fitting.
