Evenin',
Allow me to introduce myself. The names Sunny, President of the Archangels Fighter Club. You might have seen me or my crew around once or twice. I know we have on our runs across Liberty and once or twice stopped by to chat. I noticed also that your group has been around the northern part of Liberty. Just so happens I have an interest in the area as well. The club is growing and needs to start expanding again and are looking for a place to put an extra hanger for our ships. Quite recently actually we have been preparing to open another chapter down in Kepler. I've seen your group around in Galileo once and I figured you would even travel around Kepler as well. Thing is though that time in Galileo that member we met seemed a bit more edgy than usual. I don't know if that was your turf or anything but sooner or later we are gonna be neighbors. So rather than make it a problem, I've sent this transmission to ask we be in better relations and let neighbors be neighbors eh? Maybe even good ones. I already have the god damn Xenos to worry about in that system, let alone another group and it would be best not to get involved in any hassle with the ****in' Navy on a creation of a new chapter. Especially this one. Let me know what your stance is or if interested. And just so that we are clear on what is possibly in it for you: Credits. :::TRANSMISSION ENDED::: RE: To: PLR | From: {AFC} - Moka's Loyalists - 03-17-2014 ![]() Sunny, Well, what a name. You're telling me that 'sooner or later we're going to be neighbours' Nuh-uh buddy. I don't know you, I don't owe you anything and further more I don't like neighbours. Ask the Xeeners, the Zoners and even the odd Hacker. I don't even know what this chapter your talking of is. Are you a book writer? I can tell you now that Rogues don't like to read so you can piss off with your stories. Another thing, we cannot be bought. The sheer fact you insinuate you can buy us offends me greatly as you clearly have no idea who the hell you are talking too. So, I'll make this nice and simple for you book-worm. Stay out of our area or become a statistic. Or get to know who we are and offer us something useful and not treat us as if we're nobodies. Because I can tell you now; We're more than simply somebody. We're your worst goddamn nightmare if you don't tread carefully. Try again and offer something worth my time. ~Lord Moka~ RE: To: PLR | From: {AFC} - The Archangels Fighter Club - 03-17-2014 ![]() :::INCOMING TRANSMISSION::: To: PLR From: {AFC} Location: Coronado Barrier Station, {AFC} HQ Security: High Lord Moka, So your not the kind of man that I heard rumors about. Good. I don't want to be related with any of that kind of nonsense. I respect a man that knows what he wants. And I respect a man that doesn't keep anything in. Yeah, you don't know me. We have never really met. And I can see from the neighbors you have currently that you wouldn't like any more. By the way you reacted, I guess I guessed right about Galileo. And so I am here again. You might call that stubborn and stupid, and you might be right, but sometimes that's what its gotta take in life. I come to you, Lord Moka, with a proposal for business. Business that a great Warlord like yourself would be interested in doing. But business that requires a bit of co-operation between two friendly neighbors.

RE: To: PLR | From: {AFC} - Moka's Loyalists - 03-23-2014 ![]() Business? Now you're talking sense. But again, what have you to offer that I don't already have? My patience wore out at the beginning of my last transmission; you're now on borrowed time. Spit out what you have to offer and stop beating around the bush. ~Lord Moka~ RE: To: PLR | From: {AFC} - The Archangels Fighter Club - 03-24-2014 ![]() :::INCOMING TRANSMISSION::: To: PLR From: {AFC} Location: Coronado Barrier Station, {AFC} HQ Security: High Dear Lord Moka the Generous, Relax my friend, money takes time.
Just like when you pirates have to wait in a lane for a trader to come your way. Speaking of which. When was the last time you made some real dough off that, eh? I mean the real deal. Not like 2 million or anything. Rare, I guess. Especially when you cant dock on any of the "lawful" stations and docks since they don't like your kind. Well Moka, seems like I have something that you don't have: Connections to sell goods. Access points to sell goods. Places I can get to while you cant to sell these goods at a higher price. So why not share in the wealth? Here is my proposal plain and simple; as clear as day. Hopefully sunny. The AFC would like to construct a base in Kepler. A base that our Kepler division (we call that a chapter) can facilitate. More likely it would be our own 1%ers that will be around there most of the time. They are the ones dealin' in smuggling and all that and are more known by the law if you get my drift. We need another base separate from Ames Station for them to make them feel... more comfortable after taking care of business. What's in it for you? Say you find a trader on the lanes with a full load of ... i don't know... Niobium. And lets say you have brought a Pirate Transport with you to collect the goods. After you have stolen a fair share, where would you sell the cargo? This is where the base can come in. Sell the stolen goods at the base for a fair amount of money... lets say 2/3's for instance of the maximum profit at the highest bidder / market that we can access. We will then take those goods, give you the cash which would be quite a sum of money, and then go to the highest bidder with the stolen goods to sell for our own small profit of 1/3 to keep the base going. This may also work with smuggling runs in which you do not want to go into House Space to sell. You will have a shorter, more safer distance to smuggle goods and let us do the heavy lifting into places such as Manhattan. Think of this as a Black Market sell point where you can access to make deals. To the smuggler / pirate goes the spoils, but there is always a deduction which in this example is 1/3 of the price, in which the buyer would like to make some profit. So you see, Lord Moka. Through this proposal the following will be achieved: 1. Encourage your men to steal goods. 2. Make a better living off the goods stolen than asking a trader directly for SC. 3. Increase the effectiveness of smuggling by decreasing the distance traveled and decreasing the risk factor while maintaining still a good profit. 4. Have a near drop off point for your selling and purchasing needs. This can only work if both of us work together. I need suppliers of goods to make money. You need to have a place to sell easy to make money. We need another base. You may use our base as a hang-around to dock any ships you desire and use our bar or re-supply. I thank you for your time and patience and await your response. ~Sunny :::TRANSMISSION ENDED::: RE: To: PLR | From: {AFC} - Moka's Loyalists - 03-26-2014 ![]() Hmmmm.... What guarantees are there your little hive won't harbor our enemies? What guarantees are there that its guns won't turn on us? If we're to come to some arrangement, that facility will be at liberty for Rogues to use. And we sure as hell want to make money out of it. So if you can prove it's worth my time before developing past initial construction then I'll think about letting it stay. Where are you intending to call this thing? ~Lord Moka~ RE: To: PLR | From: {AFC} - The Archangels Fighter Club - 03-28-2014 ![]() :::INCOMING TRANSMISSION::: To: PLR From: {AFC} Location: Coronado Barrier Station, {AFC} HQ Security: High Dear Lord Moka,
Who are these enemies you speak of? If your talking about any Navy, Police Authority, Bounty Hunter, or Xeno, then the only harboring they will have on that base would be them getting brought in for a good beating. It would be kind of crazy for me to let them come into a base full of law breakers now would it? In terms of Liberty, Kusari, etc Corporations, again I'd have to ask why would they come into this "hive" in the first place. I don't think they wana get robbed intentionally. The only people I will let into that base would be trustworthy people that will not hinder business or the safety of my men. As for guarantees that the guns on the base wont turn on you and your men, ill make it simple: You don't turn me or my men, and we don't turn on yours. I don't see how that would be a problem though since I'm here giving a business proposal, so I'm quite surprised you ask the question. Whatever dealings you had with people before that turned on you... that's not gonna happen when dealing with me. Yes, after the agreement is settled we will allow you to use the base for business I have mentioned above as well as a place to stop and relax. Please however consider the fact that you are guests on the base and are expected to conduct yourselves accordingly. I don't want to be faced with any problems or complaints, just like you wouldn't either. I hope you do understand. There are some rules I'd like not only your group but any that use the base to follow: 1. Don't lead ANYONE to the base that is not authorized to access said base. This means any cops, navy, hunters, etc. lawful groups or ... generally no one. As a rule of thumb, make sure no one is around before heading towards the base. 2. If you want to invite someone in, clear with AFC first. I don't want fights to break loose around the base because of unauthorized access or arguments. The base must not become in danger of being ratted its location. 3. No fights around the base. That means a 5 k perimeter. This can be only broken when defending the base from attacks. If you wana fight, do so somewhere else. 4. If you are somehow followed or chased throughout space, the base is not a escape point. It is to be accessed only when you are certain you are away from anyone not pertaining to the base. Only move to the base when certain there is no danger near and when no one is around to spot you. 5. Do not use the base for anything other than what is allowed by the AFC to use. I'm offering my hand in creating a better method to make some money. I would appreciate it if these rules were kept for this operation to run smoothly and efficiently and I would appreciate that you and your men will act in a respectful manner to me and my men. You can count on the fact that my men will. We keep our club hangers, bases, and bars the same way we keep and maintain our jackets we wear with our colors on the back. Throwing, tearing, ripping, stepping on etc. is unthinkable. We expect the same attitude from our guests. As for the name of the base? I haven't decided on that yet. The location and name will be set on private secure channels once arrangements have been finalized. ::::TRANSMISSION ENDED:::: RE: To: PLR | From: {AFC} - Moka's Loyalists - 04-09-2014 ![]() Look at you go, throwing rules around like you've got a choice. Your base serves us no good nor no bad so if you want to stay out of our scopes then stay out of our way. Until such time as you can prove you're actually worth our time then we're not going to be 'friends'. You can hang around just don't get in our way or we'll remove your nice new little hang out. ~Lord Moka~ |
