Ever since there was no ZoI limitation for Outcast battleships.
... but mostly since people couldn't make Hacker Spyglasses any more with which to raid New York, and Corsairs not raiding Alpha frequently enough.

I have been told jumping Dreadnoughts are an incredibly gay yet effective means to make Manhattan Manhattan again, and not Malta.
That, or Corsairs could reincarnate and #raid Malta, which could make the caps go home for a change.
