Hi guys.
I was talking to the Hessians not so long ago, and it came up that you'd managed to get your hands on a Hel. Just thought I'd drop in and congratulate you. And, er, hassle you for favors, but that's pretty much a given at the moment anyway, isn't it?
Long story slightly less-long, there're some people about who, like the Raiders, helped us get back on our feet again after Zwickau. All sorts, really. Mostly freelancers, with a few Junkers thrown in for good measure. Anyway, there're a few of them that are fairly mechanically minded, and I was hoping to be able to give them the plans for a Hel as a 'thank you,' for the work they did for us. It doesn't even have to be a new one, just something general they can pour over and draw circles on and so on. In all honesty, I'd like to have a look, too. They're fascinating birds.
Anyway, the Hessians got a bit funny about the whole thing when I mentioned that the ship (I asked for a hull originally, okay?) wouldn't be directly for the Widerstand's use. Not quite sure where they're expecting me to station it, but that's their business, I guess. Didn't really want to kick up a mess with the neighbors, so I was wondering if you might be able to help me out. Just a plan'd be great. I mean, I just don't like seeing off people who have done us a good turn with a 'Hey, thanks for risking your life there! See you next time.'
Reminds me, I probably owe you one too. Don't worry, I'll pay you back.

Oof. Okay, I don't think I can make this work.
We've had all our people working on a massive refitting project with that Hel; we know the power array quite well, but not much else. I can't reveal a lot about the project, but it will in the end help with protecting your bases as well... if everything goes well.
And, who's this even for? We definitely can't spare warship plans that we don't currently have for an unnamed friend of a friend.
Maybe later when the engineers are done, we can get this worked out, but we'll need to know exactly who this is for and why... and why the Hessians aren't interested.

That's fine. I appreciate you looking, anyway. I'm not going to turn down any sort of extra firepower around our bases, particularly if it'll help prevent another Zwickau. I don't really want to discuss the individuals involved - they don't deserve to be dragged into the politics of all this for trying to help us. Maybe later on, once I've had a chance to talk to them... I suppose I can give up any hope of this being a pleasant surprise for them.
