Recently, the Minister of State of the Colonial Republic Parliament, opened a dialogue with several entities that may be interested in a renewal of the treaty and it has come to our notice that your corporation has not been included in this group. Given that you built last year a facility near to our headquarters and considering that it is in both our interests to improve the security in this system, we think the Gateway Shipping Inc. should take part in discussions regarding the renewal of this agreement.
