Hello friends,

Fleet Commander Sandera speaking. It's been a long time since Legion contacted you and today I'd like to establish cooperation between Xeno Alliance and Hellfire Legion again. I can remember old times when we were hunting those scumbags together, however our Legion's been defeated few months ago. Few months of silence, few months of hard work. We are rebuilding our fleet again and Legion is stronger and stronger day by day, week by week.

Well I would like to discuss a few things with you, including our cooperation, future plans and maybe some equipment exchange.

But before I'll start... I would like to know if Legion can cooperate with Xeno Alliance again. Like we were cooperating few months ago.

**Pygmy plops down at his makeshift bath-tub desk littered with holes from a batch of Mother's Finest being brewed in it**

"SUSSSAAAAAAAANNNNN! MAIL!"

**After a few grumbles a pile of mail is unceremoniously thrown into the center of the room**

**Pygmy sighs, going to root through it. He stops at a letter from the Hellfire Legion, blinks a few times and leaves the room**

**After a short moment, loud corks popping and cheering may be heard**

Of course, our alliance ain't never ended. Ya can count on us, assumin' th'same can be said fer ya. Good t'find th'Legion rearin' it's head up again.
