Another question that came into my mind, can we place bounties on pobs? So once the base goes down the raiding party gets the money, is it possible?

Its possible but realistically. Mercenaries don't carry guns big enough to take down bases... You'd have to pay off people of your own faction or allies to do the demo work. Not everyone's RP is to be that of a gun for hire..

But ain't it possible to destroy core 1 or 2 with bombers and cruisers?

Pretty complicated. Seems to work well enough if the base goes undefended the whole time, but issues pop up when you consider the suppliers/defenders. The individual issuing the bounty may have no idea what IDs the owners are using - or if those coming to defend are the owners, so if you can't list the exact names of everyone associated with the base, can you just issue a blanket bounty on "anyone that comes to supply/defend the base"? This is tricky with a Freelancer ID, but even worse if you (somehow) happen to have the same faction ID as the suppliers/defenders. Plus, with the new POB rules, if it's Core 2 or higher, the bounty hunters would still need to register an attack delcaration.

Ah...alright, thanks for the answers!
