Elder scrolls online goes live tomorrow - Tenacity - 03-29-2014 at least, for early access, sunday at 7 am eastern time. Anyone else plan on playing? Got my preorder, game patched up and ready to go. I am ready to read the amount of bugs it has and 'rage' from costumers/players. RE: Elder scrolls online goes live tomorrow - Agmen of Eladesor - 03-30-2014 I played the Beta a couple of times, just couldn't get into it like I did with Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim. Maybe I'm better off as a solo player of RPG's. I had a fast enough PC and big enough monitor - I just for whatever reason never really felt like I was playing TES. RE: Elder scrolls online goes live tomorrow - sindroms - 03-30-2014 So essentially you paid the devs to do bugtesting for them and get spoilers for an unfinished game. What the hell is wrong with you people these days. Sounds like a rip-off, to me. Good thing I never downloaded the game XD RE: Elder scrolls online goes live tomorrow - sindroms - 03-30-2014 Don't get me wrong. Closed betas with entry-fees makes sense in this case, when the developers need to host servers for a multiplayer game. Then yes, it makes sense. And the participants get paid in tester-only goodies. RE: Elder scrolls online goes live tomorrow - Kazinsal - 03-30-2014 I'm waiting for the EverQuest Next beta. At least that's free. RE: Elder scrolls online goes live tomorrow - Dusty Lens - 03-30-2014 ESO didn't transport me. Pretty standard themepark fantasy MMO at this stage in development. I've seen little to convince me that they've a few surprises up their sleeve to break in a fresh direction. Guess it's back to standing around wringing my hands with the rest of the Star Citizen muppets. RE: Elder scrolls online goes live tomorrow - Tabris - 03-30-2014 I was in 4 Seperate Weekend Betas, frankly I was let down. While it IS a decent MMO the fact is that it's NOT a good Elder-Scrolls GAME, I just couldn't get the same feel as when I played Morrowind, Oblivion or even Skyrim when I played it. ![]() RE: Elder scrolls online goes live tomorrow - Savas - 03-30-2014 Is the first-person gimmick useless, or is it just me? |
