Good Evening to the Representives of the Kingdom Gallia and the Royal Family,

My name is Lucas Stone, Commander of Drakes Wolves, Hellfire Legion.

Im not sure if you have ever heard of the Hellfire or of Drakes Wolves?

*Lights Cigar, takes afew puff's..*

I'll be honest alot has changed since i was captured and put in stasis.

I find myself still trying to catchup on developments, The Kingdom of Gallia as i understand it are currently fighting on several fronts. One of your enemies is my own and due to the nature of that enemy, they have allies that would see me and my people dead.

Im speaking of the Liberty Goverment, the current regime is ofcourse corrupt and so i find myself looking for a friend.

*puff's on cigar*

Drakes Wolves and the Legion have survived mostly on donation's for now, but while this might give us afew ship's in which to combat the Liberty Goverment Forces, it rarely really gives us the edge.

*Pauses*

While these donations are helpful...im not one to see my people beg...to which end im seeking to expand the Drakes Wolves fleet with trade vessel's and to find trading partner's who share a common foe.

I hope we can maybe come to some agreement....should the Kingdom be inclined.
