So I'm facing a weird issue. I have a problem with connecting this web-site.
At first I thought it was the server's fault,but it wasn't so...
I have to turn on the "Hotspot Shield" to open the web-site.
I've discovered something strange too. When I try to connect the web-site from my friend's computer,who is using the same internet service,I cannot connect from his computer too.When I contacted the staff they couldn't connect too,and said that it wasn't their fault and couldn't change anything...
But
I tried to connect the web-site from another friend's computer,who is using a different internet service,and I succeeded in connecting disco. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Or what do you advice,since the staff cannot do anything with this?

Tried different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, IE, Safari)? Do they all have the same issue?

Yes,It doesn't matter what browsers I use. I have to turn on "Hotspot Shield",maybe there're other programs for this but I found this one. Without It I cannot connect with the website.
Edit: I have tried Chrome,Opera,Firefox... but what's about those two I don't think they will change anything.

Also,you might say "oh damn,turn on that program then" But it causes so many problems: Lags,and slows down the computer... What's more,when I turn it on it turns on the "proxy server" and all the time I have to go in setting and turn off that damn proxy server. When I turn that program off,it turns on that proxy server automatically again, and it continues doing so... This is just a torture.

Can you acess other websites ? It seem to be an IP problem . I think your ip maybe banned by network or maybe some one here accidently done

Ask admins to check your previous Ip and if it banned then unbanne it

Yes. I can connect with any other web-site without turning on "hotspot shield" and such programmes.
If it was my IP's problem,then I would be able to connect with this web-site from my friend's computer.
It's weird, the staff of my internet service says that there is nothing they can do to prevent having this kind of issue.

Pm me in detail what happen . If possible with a screen shot when you try to connect disco and do it without hot spot shield

this is down to your computer handling, not your isp, you comps settings are blocking this site, not your isp
this site either by your internet options or your virus checker/malware checker whatever you use is blocking disco
what are your internet option settings, also check you virus/ malware prog settings
go to each and select reset to default
