I have like 1400.000.000 SC worth of ships and equipement to give out.
But dunno how exactly.
So in this thread: tell my why you are worthy to recieve (some of) my money.
Or any form of minor event or competition? Dunno bout this.

You could make a lottery. Like making thread and everyone who want the money will post in thread once. then you make a dice and choose the winner(s). 1.4 bil can go to 10 person max I guess. Could be fair and not biased. Everything will depend on luck and your own honesty.
Competitions usually arent fair. Someone who lives in correct TZ will have everything while others will have nothing.

Donate Large 5k traders to official shipping factions, give smaller trader to Angels and other assorted death toys to the
the lawful factions and that same houses unlawful too (try to give to the houses with not much popularity)

You can always do what I have done before.
I have sold all the equipment on each ship and then have sat watching the low level characters in Pennsylvania. If they are doing the Helium run in their new start ships I have given cash to them. If you do this you can send the money anonymously if you don't require/want thanks.

You can aways donate them to some newbs. But why would you give away your ships ?
