Try logging off the account and restarting the game.
Otherwise, wait until the server restarts and it should be fine.

CMs do not trigger base hostility.

From that last test, any piece of equipment hitting a station will set of security alarms,
the culprit will have to wait till a server restart to have itself a safe pass again.

Can confirm a server reset or a defense system update will fix it, the latter obviously needing a base administrator to do it. So if its urgent try and get in contact with them.
As for CM's setting the guns off that doesn't sound right. I would test it but unfortunately we're waiting on a base restoration to actually get Melbourne back so I don't have a base to test it on ...
