**** TO: BPA, BAF, Bretonian Authorities **** Dear Sir or Madam, Tensions between Rheinland Corporations and Hessians are not uncommon but they normally do not result in full scale raids of Kruger forces into Bretonian space.
Hessian transports are - to my best knowledge - classified as legal, civilian ships that are allowed to trade in Bretonian space. This is why the IMG has no reason to deny the Hessian Transport Division docking rights inside Bretonian Territory. Today a Kruger raid party entered Bretonia to shoot at a Hessian transport. In my opinion that is breaking Bretonian law. It seems that this has happened twice in the last few days, both times somehow Falster Trade Center found itself in the crossfire. Picture of today's Kruger raid that resulted in chaos around Falster: ![]() I'll attach the intel that I was sent by the RHA transport that came under attack in this incident. Kruger Raid in Omega 3, May 4th: << Download File >> Furthermore, Kruger pilots today claimed that there was another incident that we have not been informed about yet in detail, it seems. In that one it seems that a Hessian transport docked at Falster after being attacked by another Kruger raid party consisting of at least two gunboats. I would like to request the BPA to share information in case Rheinland puts forward any accusations against the IMG, as I only have a voice transcript taken from the Hessian transport to judge the situation. I'll of course attach this one, so you have the full picture. It's a weird situation, and I am sure BPA experts will be able to weigh every side's move correctly. Voice Transscript of the April, 30. incident: Quote:[RHA]RHT-Siegrune: RS|RTS-Wolfenstein, stop right there and prepare for cargoscan! And, just a side note, so I do not have to send two messages: IMG Defense Bombers IMG|Raven's.Eye and IMG|Sean.Henderson assisted in the defense of Omega 3 to take out a Waran Pirate Bomber (Reckless. One) that was shooting at two transports. After that, a Corsair Dreadnought and a Corsair Gunboat appeared and engaged. A Red Hessian Army Cruiser [RHA]-RHC-Jeschke assisted in taking out the Corsair warship. The Gunboat and a Titan could escape us. The IMG wings lost a bomber. Outside of formalities, my sister, Lt. Commander Feya and I have been your friend from some of the worst in Dublin for quite a long time, and we have respected all requests you made in which we could help. However this time, might be different. From what I have seen here, and looked over in the accords of the Omega 3 Treaty, which I will say still needs to be reviewed, I see no wrong done by Kruger in its actions. Reason to such is that your pilots in the IMG were not targetted. The Red Hessian vessel which I see so far, was loitering around Falster, when it should have been simply moving through the system. Therefore I will not place the sole blame on you Jack. However. Considering what I have been shown by Kruger Representatives as of late show me that the hessian was not acting in peaceful manners, then when confronted by Kruger pilots, docked upon Falster for protection. This is started to sound like a broken record I have heard from Zoners upon Freeport 1 a few times Jack. And frankly, I'm sick of the tune. Here is what you are going to do, and what we will do in return. Quote:1. Remove Docking Access for -All- Hessian vessels from Falster until further notice. Jack. I mean well as your friend, but if things concerning the IMG and anything Rheinland based, Corporation or Faction, do not change, the Queen herself may look upon this as IMG's inability to keep the peace and might do something drastic. Falster will be the last of your concerns if the idea of Nationalizing all IMG Assets in Bretonia and Omega 3 come to fruition due to the Gallic War with Bretonia. ![]() to: BPA, BAF, Bretonian Authorities -|- Kruger Raids into Bretonian Space -|- CC: RHA - Jack_Henderson - 05-04-2014 ![]() **** SENDER: Jack Henderson, IMG Operations Coordination ****
**** TO: BPA, BAF, Bretonian Authorities **** Dear Admiral Evyn Wildcat, It is a pleasure hearing about Feya. I'd be happy if you could send her my best regards. I'd appreciate if you could give her my comm address so she can contact me, in case she does still remember the good old days. But, nostalgia aside. On the subject at hand: The Guild is complying to Bretonian Law in Omega 3. Therefore the changes you posted us about will be put into practise immediately. Quote:1. Remove Docking Access for -All- Hessian vessels from Falster until further notice. This is only possible for Falster Trade Center, as all other bases have the very old automated docking software that currently allows Red Hessians in (and can only be changed via EF-Are-5 Protocols) , but Falster's docking protocols are changing today to not even allow transports in any more. I personally regret the necessity for the change, but I understand where it is coming from. Quote:2. Set station defense levels to non-hostile for Kruger| identified ships until further notice. No changes are necessary in this point. The base only opened fire at the Kruger vessels after they had triggered the defensive grid by weapon and/or disruptor fire. If they fire at our base, they deserve to be roasted like Honshu Curry Chicken. Keeping that from happening would mean that we have to add them to the docking list, which is not possible. However the complete Falster problem will be defused partially from tomorrow on. The Galactic Administration (A.D.M.I.N) has finally agreed that Falster can be moved above Aland, so that no more problems should arise near the O7 gate. With Falster positioned less like a Border Station, things will be calmer for both of us, I hope. Quote:1. We will discuss this incident with the Red Hessian Movement and direct them on how to appropriately act within Omega 3. Understood and we appreciate that the push for the change comes from the Bretonian side, so our own diplomacy is not affected by these third party interactions that we were drawn into. I appreciate this a lot. Quote:2. We will discuss to Kruger on their actions within Omega 3 and what they can and cannot do. Thank you. In Rheinland, they behave as if they were the Police, and Rheinland ignores their regime of terror and oppression. It is good to see that Bretonia takes the initiative to remind them what they are and what they are not. To sum things up: The Guild complies with the measures taken and those measures are being put into practise as we are speaking. Good luck, Admiral. And, we might have to talk about Omega 9 sooner or later. We are getting close to some potentially exciting research results that will determine the amount of economic value the system holds. I'll keep you posted on the progress. Yours sincerely Jack Henderson IMG Operations ![]() |
