Joy Homeswell PA to John Doe Deep Space Engineering RE: To: Administrators of Fortitude space facility, Manchester. - Lord.MacRae - 05-06-2014 Dear Mr. Homeswell, I'm the CEO of the company BMF, owning the base, as well as Fortitudine's Administrative Manager responsible for Marketing/Corporate Communications. My associates and I by myself are very pleased about a company with such a high awarness like DSE taking notice of our still small but flourishing facility. The current status of our hydrocarbon mining project is, that we have some miners employed, only working when they have the mood to leave Fortitudines's comfortable "Tea & Pee Bar" to get out into the cold and inconvenient space to do their job. But our small storage is well-filled most of the time. Besides we have many free lancing haulers transporting the ore into Liberty. BMF would have a stake in establishing a trading alliance and a strong partnership with DSE for the benefit of both our companies. Especially expecting your transports to be willing to bring some essential supplies like Reinforced Alloy when approaching Fortitudine. But to be able to statisfy your demands completely I believe we have to finish some of our ongoing projects first. These projects are a Core3 upgrade with following storage upgrade to be able to provide a larger storage for the mined ore, to interview new miners hopefully as permanent employees and to hire some skilled figthers for securing the mining area and also for transport escorting services. After all, we do not want to loose our freelancing transportation partners who reliably helped us to build the base to its current status, with establishing an agreement with DSE. Nevertheless we are working on being able to provide enough hydrocarbon ore to any acquisitive person or company. To come to an end we are encouraged in a partnership with DSE as long as your company is currently appreciative of possible supply difficulties as a result of too high demands. As long as there is ore in our storage we will sell it without priority according to the "first come first serve" principle. But in the soon future we surely will be able to provide a never-ending hydrocarbon ore resource. Awaiting your next message. Joy Homeswell P.A. to John Doe Deep Space Engineering RE: To: Administrators of Fortitude space facility, Manchester. - Lord.MacRae - 05-06-2014 Dear Mr. Homeswell, thank you for your understanding and your limited expectations. It seems that both needs are well understood and the only hurdle is to start the partnership. We have the hydrocarbon ore and need supplies, you have the cargo space and the need of hydrocarbon ore in Liberty. Soon we surely can offer more ore than your ships are able to transport! I will be in the office this evening. Just give me a call and I will take the next flight to Doe Industries Space Port or you can have a visit at Fortitudine. Awaiting your next message. Cincerely yours, Lord Duncan MacRae RE: To: Administrators of Fortitude space facility, Manchester. - Lord.MacRae - 05-12-2014 Dear Mr. Homeswell, did you take advantage of our proposal of Haydrocarbon ore already? Are your transports statisfied with the docking or loading procedures? Is everything ok or do you have any suggestions for improvements? Cincerely yours, Lord Duncan MacRae |
