Greetings Lord MacRae!

This is Miles Stuart, current CEO of Gateway Shipping Inc.

I've recently come to understand that your offshoot operation of BMM have a mining center in the Manchester system...right next door to our own facility here in Cortez. Very convenient.

As you may or may not be aware, we've been looking for a steady supply source of Raw Hydrocarbons for some time now. As with all the headaches associated with government-run bureaucracy, it seems the leadership of BMM have been unable to unwilling to provide us with what we want.

What I propose and would like to see is a closer working relationship with your company to help keep both Oceana and Gateway profitable. For that to happen, I would request that you give Gateway Shipping docking access to Fortitudine. We could compensate you for this privilege by helping keep your base supplied with Food, Oxygen, Water, and Reinforced Alloys, as well as assisting your miners with escorts and protection from pirates, or even obtaining supplies for future base needs like defense platforms, core upgrade materials, equipment building, etc.

As for ore pricing...that's going to be another matter we should discuss more in-depth, as it affects both of us.

Please contact me ASAP so that we may both benefit from this joint venture. You may use standard or S.K.Y.P.3. protocols.

-Stuart out.

Dear Mr. Stuart,

thank you for contacting me in the matter of your need in Raw Hydrocarbons.
But first, your video in my message box was very informative and you really must tell me if the growth of your chest hair is natural, if it is pushed or designed by a chest hair specialist or if it is just an implant or a chest hair toupee?
So, now to business, no my associates and I were not aware that you were looking for a steady supply source of Raw Hydrocarbons, but I believe that is exactly what we can offer your company soon.

All members of your company have been granted docking rights to Fortitudine and you are welcome to buy our product as long as there is some left in the storage. As Bretonia Mining and Fabrication is a company that pays their workers a reasonable amount of credits for their work and as we are strict against exploiting our emplyees the price of 4000 apiece Raw Hydrocarbons is fixed.

As long as the core 3 upgrade of our base and the following storage upgrade are not finished, we perhaps can not statisfy the demand of our freelancing haulers, the DSE company and now your company.

There is a possibility that there could occur supply difficulties as a result of that high demands. As long as there is ore in our storage we will sell it without priority according to the "first come first serve" principle.

But we are working hard that and in the near future we will be able to provide a never-ending Raw Hydrocarbon ore storage.

Awaiting your next message.
Cincerely yours,
Lord Duncan MacRae

Lord MacRae...

Well...the secret is using a good conditioner, which really helps soften and give volume, but we're not here to trade grooming tips...

I'm pleased that we will be able to benefit from your mining efforts, and we've already taken a few shipments. But, there are still things to address here.

For starters:
Quote:As Bretonia Mining and Fabrication is a company that pays their workers a reasonable amount of credits for their work and as we are strict against exploiting our emplyees the price of 4000 apiece Raw Hydrocarbons is fixed.

Interesting, as we are offering the price of 5,900/unit of Raw Hydrocarbons and we're just a jump away. Not to mention, our location is more appealing to traders, as it is much closer to the lanes. We don't see this as exploiting the workforce, so much as increasing profitability, which you may then extend to the workers, yes? After all, we're not running charities here, but businesses.

But the next matter I would like to discuss is this:

Gold Ore. Simply put, there's not enough of it on the market. Oceana has been fairly successfully at keeping stocks of Platinum Ore for the traders heading into Bretonia, but aside from this new influx of Raw Hydrocarbons, we are really looking to get more access to Gold Ore. IMG simply don't seem to have the stomach for it, so we're turning to you to help us out. On this note, I have a proposal.

Gateway Shipping is willing to go on a joint venture with BMF in construction and maintenance of a Base in Dublin for the purpose of being a Gold Ore depository, much the same as Fortitudine is with Raw Hydrocarbons. If you guys are willing to front some of the cash in registration fees and construction costs, we are willing to help in gathering and supplying construction and maintenance supplies. I also have a suggestion for placement, as that will be key in keeping such a facility protected from the Mollys.

Let me know what you think.

-Stuart out.

Dear Mr. Stuart,

sorry for the delayed response. My associates and I had 3 days of discussions concerning your isses and proposals.

First of all I have to recommed that you do not to talk about your sales price of 5900 apiece Haydrocarbon Ore, even if the encryption is set to "high". If your traders getting notice of our price of 4000, they surely are going to take a little longer way and buy at Fortitudine than paying 1900, thats one third more, at your station. But that is your decision, you can say whatever you prefer.

"Exploitment" was not ment offensive against you or your company, as I did not know about your prices and even did not know anything about your station till your message.
Miners are free to apply wherever they want to do their work. I believe that anyways Fortitudine is a nice, firendly, secure and profitable place for a miner. Also the togetherness is a important point and sometimes I like to just hanging around near the mining field to listen to our content emplyees chatting and telling some gossip.

Let's come to business:
I am pleased to hear that some of your transports already have bought some ore at Fortitudine and I hope they will do again. Let's establish a strong and profitable partnership between BMF and Gateway.

The matters "Gold Ore in Dublin" and "Constructing a base there" .... until Fortitudine is not finished or let's say fully operational, BMF has no free manpower to construct another base. Also the risk of loosing both stations, without the first project being accomplished and protected best possible, is to high. But in the near future we can talk again about that idea of a joint venture ase we are not antipathetic to it.

Cincerely yours,
Lord Duncan MacRae
