It has come to our attention that recently Rochester base has been abused at the hands of unlawfuls for the sake of staging raids on the local Liberty law enforcement. Although you may find this highly enjoyable, we do not, especially when we, the Junkers, get the backlash for all of your actions.

Therefore, this is going to stop as we do not, we will not, pay for the consequences of the actions of those who abuse their privilege to dock on this station.

If we receive evidence that a pilot has either used this base to stage an attack on the law enforcement or to run away from law enforcement, we will remove your docking privileges. If you wish to justify your docking privileges, you can try to. Don't get your hopes up though.

Outcast, Rogue and Lane Hacker capital ships found using the station to run from law enforcement will be jointly dealt with by the Congress, the Marauders and your bosses.

The Congress is watching, the Marauders are watching. You have been warned.

Your group has recently caught my eye on your recent attempt to tarnish our relations with the Congress.

I would like to make a few things crystal clear. We don’t acknowledge your little gang
as the rightful owners of the infamous Rochester Base embedded in the history of our partners,
The Junker’s Congress. As such your barking orders will fall upon deaf ears.

We are somewhat grateful to your contribution to the eradication of Outcast Capital vessels.
Continue to please us like this and we may be recognize you something more than the asteroid we just pulverized.

Lastly, it would be most wise not to tell the Liberty Rouges or any rogue
for that matter what we can and cannot do because we will only continue to do it anyway.

Let's cut the introductions.
I'm one of two Rogue underbosses.
This means I have one equal and one
above me. This not only makes me
more than suitable to swing my tool
in your direction but to slap you around
with it too.

So, here we are swinging our tools
pretending to have some purpose in
this miserable cestpool we call Liberty.
Except, what is your purpose? We've
heard rumours of you flittering around
known space yet we've never interacted.

Let me make it perfectly clear between
us. You do not tell us what to do on our
turf and if you think you've got the balls
to come in here and demand some
respect like some pre-puberty Manhattan
bad-boy, then I'm about to cut those little
bells from your groin.

This is what you are going to do;
You start assisting us in removing
the unwanted Outcast capitals from
our turf and then we might actually
pay you some mind. Until then, you're
nobodies until the Junker Congress tell
