Bonjour to the respectable members of the Unione Corse.

During our last delivery of munitions to the Corse one of your members, a [UC]-Matthieu.Picard directed our transport to dock at a Corse base known as Gleize depot in Lyonnais, a short distance from the jumphole to Rishiri. Due to the facilities closeness to the jumphole and its relatively shallow depth into Gallic space, we would if approved like to request permission to travel freely to and from this base. We would go no deeper into Gallic territory than to this location unless escorted by one of the fine members of your organization. If any other conditions need be set for these deliveries to continue we would more than willing to work towards this goal.

As of this point we have found our limited trade with your organization quite profitable, and the blue diamonds sold at Gleize to be an exquisite and profitable commodity for trade in the rest of Sirius. Equally, we hope the munitions we have supplied to be just as profitable if not more so. We make this offer in the hope of continued profits and even stronger relationship between our two groups.

Bonjour, Je m'appelle Arek.

I've been tasked with responding to your communique, though unfortunately I've been otherwise occupied beyond my homelands' borders and my communique antennae was damaged by what I can only assume was a live mine hidden in a debris cloud. I expect this will delay my response considerably, and I do apologize for this. Fortunately I should be en route back to Gallia and should be able to have the issue repaired.

Hopefully I can at least send this transmission, or I'll be talking to myself again... Onto business matters, oui?

I understand you seek docking and trading privileges with our trade depot in the border-system of Lyonnais. While I personally am always open to discussions of a profitable nature, the Senat mentioned questions regarding this matter before the aforementioned damage cut off their signal, so I must ask what you wish to bring to the table in exchange for direct access to our markets, monsieur. As I understand from our records, trading between our two organizations has been kept low-key until now to avoid attracting unwanted attention, so I'm afraid we require something more than simple munition deliveries. Balancing increased risk with increased reward, If that makes sense, oui?

Your transmission is indeed being recieved. To address your question.

While we do hope our munitions are of a high enough quality, I can understand if you feel that increased trade is needed to justify a more open agreement. In truth we have the means to obtain nearly every sirian commodity. After reviewing the various goods and wares around Sirius and noticing the Unione Corse' unfortunate unwelcome status in Bretonia, I believe that Gold might be another suitable item for trade. We are also able to ship any goods out of Gallia that the corse may desire, given our own legal standing both there and in Kusari. To address your concerns over the increased risk, geographically your trading posts and the jumpholes used to gain entry are both in quite secluded locations which should reduce any such risk.

Assuming this suggestion is not to your liking I would like to request a list of desired goods you may wish imported or exported so that we may both share in better profit from our hopeful new arrangement.

I assume our previous offer was either not recieved due to your previous communication issues or was not met with a favorable response. In either case I would like to discuss a possible new arrangement suggested by some of your members outside of Freeport 10 in the Tau37 a few days ago.

They suggested that devices you produce known as "Hypnobands" are in need of distribution and in this matter i feel we could both profit. Due to our own current poor legal standing in Gallia there is no long term risk to our transports if discovered, whereas if your own ships were discovered with such cargo it would be unlikely to be a pleasent experience.

In order to prove our desire for future relations and our own competence I am willing to have 5 shipments of these "Hypnobands" shipped into a house of the UC's choosing. With the size of our transports this would likely total slightly over 21000 cargo units and we are willing to pay between 10-20 million credits per shipment for the privilege of transporting these original 5 shipments.

On a personal note I would also be willing to pay 5 million credits for a copy of "Princess Zoe Simulator 818 AS".

Our previous offer to bring the UC gold is also still open should you wish to consider it.
