To whom it may concern,
Guten Abend, my name is Volkar Mizaki. I am a representative from EFL Oil & Machinery. We are aware of you being the premier Scrap handlers with in Sirius and have even begun sending a few of your workers into Gallia to begin cleaning of the numerous scrap fields here. Although we are very grateful for your willingness and haste in jumping into the scrap cleaning, we at EFL would also like to aid you in the effort. For many years only the men and women in the Gallic Junkers have cleaned the Scrap fields, however The Crown has begun to tire of their slow effort and has tasked us at EFL to begin researching ways to effectively clean Gallia. I have contacted you to ask for you to teach us your expertise in scrap mining. It is the hope that with you showing us the ropes so to speak, we will become the premier scrap cleaning company in Gallia.

Best Regards,
Volkar Mizaki.

Guten tag Herr Mizaki.

I am Erica Hartmann, acting CEO of ALG.

Due to several organizational issues, Nelly Sachs has asked me to step in until the return of Frau Atzenbruck.

We are indeed the premier scrap handlers in the sector, and we are happy to lend a hand to those with a scrap problem.

Im sure that we can arrange training for some of your employees in the 'in and outs' of the scrap clearance business.

Perhaps a face to face meeting could be organized to discuss and nail down the finer points of an agreement.

Does that sound ok?

Regards,
~ Erica Hartmann

It is good to hear from you, I hope Nelly is doing well, back when I was a employee of Daumann I had a few times of cooperation with her and her crews. That is the past, this is now. So, here is what I propose. I feel it would be best for you to come to our station I feel is best equipped to handle scrap refining, Beauvais Production Facility in Ile-de-France. When you arrive you can have some time to relax after your long trip. Then we can get to work on the training. I will begin the preparations, I have been granted the authority to have rooms prepared on board Beauvais. The finest will be set out for our guests. I wish you luck and God's Speed in your travels.

See you when you arrive.

It has been far too long and this channel has grown cold. If ALG is still interested then by all means EFL is as well. I would like a status update on the modifications to the Rock Badger in order to allow Scrap collection. I hope the best from your response.

Greetings! Franz Pfannenstiel here, vice director of R&D department.

Although I was not directly involved in the work we've done, I can forward R&D's report on the viability of the Rock Badger as a scrapping vessel.

Rock Badger Report Wrote:Work on the vessel we were given has been completed. To summarize, the vessel proved to be adequate for the task.

The frontal "claws" proved almost more effective at handling scrap metal than they are for their intended purpose. To further improve their effectiveness, an electromagnet was installed.

The main cargo entry chute was expanded and equipped with a powerful, non-ferrous press. Given the ship's intended cargo, the material strength of the interior separation walls was deemed adequate, even excessive.
Therefor, the paneling was first thinned down, and then reinforced with a special iridium-lead alloy coating similar to the material used in our patented HazMat canisters to prevent potential radiation leaks.

The rear mineral abrasion unit also proved to be suitable for handling scrap, with some modifications. The drilling units were replaced with diamond-toothed metal saws capable of easily dividing larger pieces of scrap into a manageable size.
The rear entry chute was determined to be adequate for its new purpose, and left as-is.

Overall, the changes can be considered relatively minor. The powerplant and main structural frame is entirely unchanged. To adapt a Rock Badger for scrap collecting is not very expensive; the most costly components are the relatively fancy alloys needed. With an industrial-scale conversion program implemented, a single ship can be converted within hours.

Hopefully, this will come as good news to you. Of course we will have detailed technical diagrams sent to you. It looks promising to me!
