Today our eyes have seen a message regarding some zoners using capitals in your space. As our minds were thinking we found out that we have met those zoner before.

In the transmission that our eyes have seen, the zoner violated several of your laws. Probably all your vessels will now look out for more of those zoner treats.

Now our forces who are officers of the Kusarian law have also had contact with the same zoner vessels (FlyingFinn and Stealthtyper). The broke several laws of Kusari. We won't list them to spare the neuralnet.

Our point is that we might join forces against this treat! Our military forces will need to coorporate to fight this treat to the society both of Kusari and Liberty.

But our intelligence reports that those zoner vessels mostly operate from the independent systems (Gallileo, Kepler, Bering and Hudson). There is not problem to fight the zoner treats in the independent systems of Gallileo and Kepler. But for the independent systems of Bering and Hudson we won't be able to help you.

We would like to coorporate to protect our societies against those zoners within the independent systems of Gallileo and Kepler, and if necessary within eachothers house space (being subjected to the house law ofcource)

I would like to express my thanks for your organization's concern. Ever since the Liberty-Kusari Embargo was lifted, I already expected a return to a more friendly atmosphere with the Kusarians.

With regards to your offer, our Homeland Defense Fleet still has the capability to handle the magnitude of the Zoners' intrusions so help will not be needed around our core systems.

However, we would be honored in aiding your forces to locate these Zoners, should they flee some distance into Galileo or Kepler.

Our eyes have read your responce very carefull. We also hope for better relationships between the two cultures and people.

However, our patrols into the systems of Gallileo and Kepler have been increased. Our escorts in your space are also prepared to trace any zoner treat. Note that they will only contact your Navy and won't take actions on their own.

We also excpect that the patrols of the Libertonians will be increased in the systems of Kepler and Gallileo. And that when those zoners would come into out space without that we would have noticed that your men contact our regional law enforcers.
