I agree with this in the early Stages. If the Voss, I am assuming this is what this thread is about, then got themselves outlawed in Liberty I would think that this would allow them to enter Liberty and actively hunt there.
In my opinion they are not Bounty Hunters, per se, but Mercenaries getting involve a War between 2 Nations.

Bounty Hunters are hired by Houses to hunt criminals within, or outside if declared, their territory. Even when at war with another House, militaries are not House criminals. So no, that wouldn't work.
Shooting the military of another House would be mercenary work, which tends to get you shot by the lawful forces of the House you work against. The reason the BHG can work in all the Houses, even during conflict, is because they don't poke their noses into inter-House issues.

IMO BHG IDs can't shoot LNavy in Liberty, as the faction is considered lawful there, despite having a lawful contract with the Rheinland Military.
Now shooting them in Rheinland would be a different story, but still...

What? Hell NO.BHG are lawful hunting faction hunting criminals not respective house military plus BHG is a Liberty Faction they never will attack libertonian military or organizations.On other hand the reverse is possible I.e BHG shooting rheinlanders for liberty might be possible in worst conditions.

As I just noted here, if we are going off the information we have until an admin ruling, the BDM boards are actually classified as "quasi-lawful", not "lawful" (which the RM board is listed as). Liberty forces (and even corps if they are blockade-runners) can still be engaged, albeit along the Rheinland-Liberty border so there is less doubt. Despite the storyline, Bering and Hudson are still not classified as Liberty space by the rules, so there is far less ambiguity.

Well i have seen this happen with many indie BHG taking sides in the liberty-Rheinland war and that what they are there for. But if they do go that then more merc then Bhunter and if they in are in and around liberty would be consider outlaw and any other hunter could hunt then but they having same id and iff would be are hard matter to over come rule wise
