I know that the swastika is banned because nazis and germany and all that...
but is the buddhist swastika banned as well?

Maybe you should stop looking for loop holes and go do something constructive ...you know...instead of getting yourself banned for something else.

If its swastika you really want to use, use the one that is not even close to resembling the nazi swastika.
The swastika in actuality is a religious symbol. The Nazi's have perverted the use of the swastika now instead of a religious one it is now seen as a symbol of the devil.
PS. Do take into consideration the feelings of other members. If its a symbol you really want to use you can find other alternatives. And also don't go looking for loopholes. Not Cool at all.
