[color=#33CCFF]Lucy Collins, was born in the Year 797 A.S. to a Bretonian and Kusari couple aboard the Gaian's Islay Base within the Edinburgh system. Her parents raised her to be a zealous Gaian terrorist, teaching her to hate all who affliate with the Bretonian Corporate and Government sector. At the young age of 15, she went into flight training with her very own Starflier handed down to her by her father, who used the same ship when he was young and in training aswell. Lucy quickly rose through the ranks and became a well-versed fanatic in the Gaian cause, bringing terror to all who set out to deface Gaia.
Upon reaching the age of 19, Lucy was a member of a high kill-ratio raid squadron operating out of Islay in a flight of Hawk light fighters. Very soon she achieved a high success rate with her squad in conducting shock raids upon the nearby Orbital Spa & Cruise customers as part of a campaign to scare away business from planet Gaia. With every successful mission, her and her squadron became infamous among the local Bretonian authorities. Such a ruthless terrorist at such a young age... it was preposterous to think of it. It was however upon embarking on a crucial mission within the Tau-31 system, that she met her match. The mission entailed a strategic raid upon the insystem Bretonian corporations. Just as Lucy's squadron launched their first strike, they themselves were ambushed by Bretonian Police vessels seeking revenge for a fallen comrade. Battle ensued, they were evenly matched, however the Gaian raid squadron was overpowered once and for all. Lucy reportedly fled into the nearby ice fields deemed as Outcast territory by local authorities, never to be seen or heard of again by her fellow Gaians.
Rumors cry that Lucy ran into a group of Outcasts who unmercifully scuttled her ship, some even claiming her scuttled Hawk light fighter, the Valiant, can be found adrift in the ice fields of Tau-31... with no traces of Lucy however. Recent evidence suggests though, that she did indeed come under fire by an Outcast patrol in Tau-31, her ship scuttled and her being abducted and made into a Cardimine addicted slave to the Outcasts. Reports from Liberty's Dept. of Immigration further tell of a young Cardimine afflicted woman showing Gaian ID, getting picked up by Junkers after being dumped on the streets of Manhatten by a group of Hispanian punks. Could this be the real Lucy Collins? If so, what do the Junkers want with someone with a reputation such as hers? Only time will tell...
PERSONALITY:
[color=#33CCFF]Known by her Gaian kin to be quite a zealous individual, but with a kind heart... those were the days of old. Now she is quite a solitary individual showing little to no courage in herself, one can only garner that it has something to do with the effect of being made and abused as an Outcast slave. The effect of her Cardimine addiction however, is yet to be seen other than typical signs of withdrawl such as erratic mood swings and utter delirium. If approached, caution is advised.

Bretonian Corporations - Lucy was born to Gaians and therefore was raised with a natural zealous hatred to anything or anyone affiliated with Bretonian Corporations
Gaians - Lucy carries a great deal of shame and avoids talking with most Gaians as a result
Goals/Desires:

It is now known that Lucy has become affiliated with the Junkers. What her exact intentions are is unknown at this point in time. Some whisper she could be trying to get close to the Outcasts inorder to find and bring vengence to those repsonsible for her current afflictions. She is reported to be seen running missions for the Junkers operating out of Rochester Base, including drug smuggling. Perhaps she struck a deal with the Junkers in running Cardimine inorder to help her with her addiction to it...

A ship manifest of the New Berlin system recently detailed a second-hand Humback freighter being flown by none other than Lucy Collins herself. IFF transponders showed the ship belonged to Junkers of Kreuzburg Depot. The ship appeared to be headed for Bretonia, so the best guess would be that she found a means home with the help of her Junker friends. The ship's transponder displayed the callsign Valiant_II, although the transponder's source appeared to be resignating from Lucy herself, not the ship. It should be noted that flying an unregistered second-hand ship and masking it with a portable transponder is highly illegal, in equivalent to the radar jamming the Lane Hackers use on the Police. If she is sighted, please immediately notify local authorities of her whereabouts.
