**A uniformed Liberty Naval officer, evidently on a command bridge, appears on the screen with a grim facial expression**
"My name is Colonel Abraham Baxter of the LNS-Oakland. My fellow protectors of Liberty, the Junkers of Rochester and our brothers who choose to inhabit the distant stars, today I bring you sad news. A Zoner colony ship entered Liberty and, upon being ordered to cooperate with an escort out of Liberty, refused and opened fire right next to Rochester. This eventually lead to its destruction."
**Glancing down at a sheet of paper, he continues**
"Before that, their captain was questioned to determine if their resupplying was due to a serious peril to their crew or families living aboard. He stated it was not so. His reasoning toward opening fire would be, from what he said, apparently not wanting to be treated as a child. In his violent outburst, he chose to blatantly fire on and destroy a DSE) transportation vessel that attempted to assist against a Lane Hacker vessel that, moments before, was firing upon the colony ship in question."
**He shakes his head, frowning**
"Eventually the colony ship managed to cruise off, I pursued and followed it until, at 700k from civilization, it imploded. This captain killed everyone aboard, a Libertonian civilian transport crew, and quite possibly himself in the pursuit of maintaining his ego. It is for this reason that I request, if by some miracle this captain survives, he be declared an enemy of the Republic of Liberty, the Junkers and any zoners that view this careless captain as an atrocity."
**Rolling his chair to another terminal, he taps some keys on the screen**
"I am currently attaching the relevant information for those parties interested. To those who may be related to those who were aboard, I apologize for the actions of this irresponsible captain. We have many words for captains of his caliber in the Liberty Navy, none of which are pleasant."

I deeply regret any casulties or mayhem that this alleged Colony ship made, while it is rather difficult to determine his intentions, I can assure you that colony ships dont hang out in places like that, and they are limited as it is. It's in my opinion that we are talking about another possible infection of a human being, not that we needed any point on that score, as the nomads grow stronger.
If the captain did survived the explosion and comes close to our core-space we will take proper measures to ensure he gets the treatment he deserves, which includes proper mental care. Taking life against a person's will is wrong, but punishments can be a good way to teach such people how to behave.
With that being said, without causing too much trouble - there are a few things that I could also say about your government, deep irrational paranoia toward zoners is one example. We have a number of zoner installations scattered through your space, and while we try our best to follow the local laws, we find it rather odd that we are being dictated on things such as 'what can we bring'. Its in my submission captain that we tend to avoid all four colonies as we share a different political view point, but we do have the complete right to visit our installations - especaily when we follow the legal communication channels, so Id appericiate if your government could show a bit more respect to us, as we show them respect whenever they send out their not-so-covert fleets into the omicrons, a place that we have grounds for.
With that being said, We will assist in anyway we can to ensure your borders are not breached by unwanted guests and you can count on our support to your colony system.
