It is an old project who, due to it's classification level, cannot be properly discussed over open neural net channels.

What I can say is thus: Certain projects of a lower priority are being outsourced or cleared out from Kansai's Delta Labs to trusted parties elsewhere, to make room for higher priority affairs.

This project involves medical research which Cryer is known for. However, the nature of the project involves bleeding edge innovations which are several decades beyond commercial off the shelf medical and technical engineering.

This project is to be a direct partnership between Cryer and Kempeitai. It is not to involve any outside contractors of any type, due to it's sensitivity, with the sole exception of select members of Cambridge Research Institute whom can be assured of secrecy. However, the majority of the project will be under the purview of Atka's research staff, with Kempeitai oversight to ensure security remains proper.

In the event of a security breach, Kempeitai will take "appropriate cursory measures" to ensure any information is contained.

This is to be a long term contract, and Kempeitai is willing to release funds over time as project milestones are completed.

I do, however, require assurances that Cryer is serious about this project. That it can do what is asked of it. That it can conduct it's operations in a clandestine manner. The nature of this project, if information were leaked, would certainly shake the foundations of the species to it's core. It is something mankind was not meant to know.
