It's a program to make binds, like for an example: You press W and it types a certain line in chat.
Just google it, you got a tutorial with it

It will enter the Coords out of the game but ingame it does not work

When I barge jumped 2 years ago it worked flawlessly. You are doing something wrong, try again.

Reminds me of that cap player who used/spammed macros for /stuck and never was hit by missiles and could travel through asteroid fields insanely fast etc.
He got banned for breaking this server rule:
