Greetings, agents. I wish that the news I brought was of a lighter tone, but I am afraid that is not the case.

I have evidence to believe that 5th| fleet vessels, in specific, the LNS "Arkansas" Overlord-class, may be working with Order vessels.

My specific incident report comes from today, in the system of Bering. Planetary defense networks had spotted two Order fighters moving throughout Liberty, and we eventually found them on the trade lane to Freeport 2 from the jump gate into Texas. However, upon the Arkansas communicating with the Order vessels, it appeared as if the Arkansas was allowing the Order to continue with their mission in Liberty, and telling them that he had "contacted Order vessels he knew to assist them with their fight". After the Arkansas left, I tracked down the Order vessels, and after one refused to acknowledge his presence as a criminal in Liberty, I engaged and destroyed his vessel, and ordered the other to leave before the missiles reloaded.
