Seen you guys yesterday, on both sides of the fence.
Sorry I couldn't interact with you when I was on the KNF transport, and when I was able to ship some prisoners to Fuchu, you were already gone. Maybe some other time.
Later on, a BD raiding party found your patrol, and we had an interesting conversation. I guess the RKS are somewhat permeable to "incentives".

I had an RP encounter with two of your pilots. Although it was brief, it was still nice. I'm glad you didn't open fire on me straight away, like other police encounters I've had.

It's mostly on the basis that we are not specifically an anti-terrorist unit: our job is to secure the trade routes of Kusari and ensure the safety of the civilians in it. Rarely (though it is not impossible) will a RKS attack a Blood Dragon simply because he is a Blood Dragon if it is not actively pirating or being a threat, as their mechanics and relation in general to Kusari are much different than say, the Crysanthemums or the Outcasts as a comparison.

I think that some RP would be possible between us like BD dont want to hurt kusarian except Samura. Even KNF, we dont like to attack them, it's just necessary to survive.
