Right, I'm back from the dead and I've got some business.

I know that you know that we both want money. Lots of it. And with the growing discoveries of large deposits of Premium Scrap in the Texas system, now has never been a better time to cash in on transport captains and lazy Junkers.

What I'm proposing is a base, located on top of Beaumont Station, and for it to be used as a storage base for the lucrative Premium Scrap business. Imagine the profits we could gain from a joint venture such as this.

Of course, to sweeten the pot, I've made some adjustments to my initial plan, just for you.

In return for helping me supply the base, Beaumont Spire, you will receive:
