The design is simple, but powerful. If operational, it could kill a Corsair Legate in a single shot if said Legate lacked any armor improvements. Now, I have a theory, and I'll be contacting Mister Enfield to assist me with it, but perhaps an artifact, similar to the one you recovered might be able to power it. It's worth a shot.
