Input Required: Local Chat (/L) modification - Alley - 07-16-2014 In order to counter the scanner problem, I did some digging related to the local chat command. Comment and voice what you think is the best. We have three possibilities : 1 - Keep it as it is now, any ship within 15k of the sender will see the message regardless of their scanner. 2 - Can I see you : Can the sender of the message see the receiver on his scanners ? 3 - Can he see me : Can the receiver see the sender ?
