Howdy there,
I'm openin' this channel t' give y'all an update on the Outcast warship situation 'round yer' territory. Now that we're back, we're doin' somethin' bout it. Today, we caught two of 'em. One in California, an' one in New York. California one was easy. Lil' Destroyer didn't know what hit him, Blue lost his fighter. New York one, the Navy were there, an' didn't want to recognize a mutual enemy until they was losin'. Blue lost another fighter to 'em. Gibblet heads.

Brothers,
Apologies about the delay, there seems to be a ruckus in Central Liberty
requiring a lot of attention. However we have been graced some time to
talk with you folks.
It appears that you guys take a keen interest in the hunting of unwanted
vessels within our borders and this is something that pleases us greatly.
We thank you for your loyalty.
In regards to those Marauders, keep an eye on them and that facility of theirs.
I can imagine it will become an Outcast haven now that the Marauders have
staked their claim upon our turf. If you witness any Rogue brethren assisting
them, please send us images and supporting evidence that they are collaborating
with our enemies.
Keep up the good work, when Lord Moka returns we will be sure to tell him
of your exploits.

We've been doin' work fer' Moka fer' years. It ain't gon' change, neither. I've been listenin' to what he says since before this whole Exile stuff happened. Heck, I was in jail when it did happen. It don't change nothin'. We're yer' fist of fury, an' you can swing us where you want. We'll watch 'em, we won't give 'em business, an' we certainly wont talk to 'em unless we gots to. As fer' that base o' theres.. Give the word, an' Nebraska, Carolina, New York, an Montana, the last remainin' State Destroyers we've managed to keep hidden, will roll in there guns blazin', mortars poppin', an' people 'splodin' all over.
We also gots t' talk 'bout our secret weapon. We've been keepin' it outta' Liberty to avoid any incidents. One o' our got it in a fair deal. We'll roll it in too if need be. Otherwise, the Colors are yours to command.

Now, any other day we woulda' handled this, but even we didn't have enough firepower t' take 'em on. They were pretty deaf, too. Didn't say a word an' didn't respond to my warnin'. Some of our own was workin' with 'em. I'm uploadin' the photographs now. I also plan t' send a message to the Congress 'bout 'em, 'cause they're basin' outta' 'Chester. It's sickenin'.
We don't have the same firepower we used to. A lot of the Veterans ar' dead er' missin' and likely dead. An' even I alone ain't gon' challenge Three Sniffer Battlecattle to a rodeo. I hope you know whats t' do 'bout them.

They claim t' have some "Contract" with the Rogues about takin' over Liberty, an' that they 'ave more say than' both the Padua Rogues and Liberty Rogues. I even had a Rogue take a shot at me fer' doin' my job. What's even worse, is they're sidin' with independent pirates. Yep. Unregistered, Independent Pirates. Ain't our friends, neither. They shot at me, too.

Texas Red, this is Siren, we may not know each other by Name, though we have seen combat together recently in Texas. Those Idiot Marauders will get whats coming to them, but that's not the subject of question at the moment now is it. These Outcast Capital Ships just won't be allowed, Our Lord Moka has previously decreed that no outcast Capital ship of Gun Boat or higher is allowed in our Space, no matter who's colors they claim to be flying.
If we have Pirates claiming to be better than us, the Padua Liberty Rogues, the one and true Rogue Guard, then I'll be damned if this will pass unchecked. Indie Pirate Groups siding with Casts flying Cap ships in our space will be dealt with in a harsh and swift manor. I'll look into getting permission from Tori, our current head of operations while Lord Moka takes yet another Vacation, and see if we can't task the Unnatural Disaster with a few patrols around our waters. Maybe once these Pirates get a taste of true PLR combat, they will decide it's better to submit to the rules, or get the hell outta town.

Gots a new update fer' you fellas. Theres a new Modular station in Texas, by the name o' Tinker Heaven. I found it, shot off it's guns, and got Grey to act as muscle while we got some money outta' the scared lil' owner man. 'Bout fitty million. Some o' which went to fix up the Grey since it got shot down by ALG and them Liberty Navy fellas. He wanted me to pass along a word t' get in contact with him so as to prevent us from showin' up on his doorstep with more guns. I'm sure you'll take care of it. Just tell me where you want me t' send the rest o' the funds as 'is tribute to you, an I'll do it.. Eventually.
Siren, were I not heavily outgunned, them sniffers woulda' been outta' here in body bags. Before I took them pictures, two more warships were there alongside the ones in those images. I missed their names, but you'll clearly see a lot of 'em. I've got my boys preppin' Barghests to counter these big bugs before they try t' bite. We'll be movin' the Grey back t' Padua fer' repairs and rearmin', so you'll be seein' us 'round there for a while.
