Due to the overwhelming amount of paper work forwarded by our Homeland Security Force in regards to criminal activity, it was suggested that we archive all evidence, following a simple template so that way our agents can focus solely on the task at hand.

This guide briefly covers the Homeland Security Force and Criminal Evidence Act and the accompanying codes of practice, which establish the powers of the Homeland Security Force to combat crimes while protecting the rights of the public.


Codes Of Practice:

• Stop and search
• Arrest
• Detention
• Investigation
• Identification
• Interviewing detainees


Code A - Exercise by Homeland Security Officers of statutory powers to a vessel without first making an arrest and the need for an officer to make a record of a stop or encounter.

Code B - Homeland Security powers to search premises and to seize and retain property found on premises and persons.

Code C - requirements for the detention, treatment and questioning of suspects related to terrorism in custody.

Code D - Requirements for the detention, treatment and questioning of suspects not related to terrorism in custody.

Code E - Homeland Security powers to open fire and execute persons considered a threat to Liberty and it's public.
