My name is George Collins, CEO of Bretonian Mining and Manufacturing and public supporter of the Tower of London. Recently, we've decided to take a plunge and use the Tower's assets to create a series of cloaks for military and private use. After behind-the-scenes research, we've found out that an important component for these cloaks are Nomad Remains.
I think you can pick up where I'm coming from here.
I want the Core to supply the Tower with the necessary Nomad Remains to keep it pumping out cloaks. You'll have to apply for a Restricted Goods License, but with a little blessing from ol' George, it should pass with all greens.
Think about the offer, then we'll decide on the price.
